Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled, 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, place in a large baking dish to form crust, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 4 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place rolls on bottom of greased baking dish and slightly up sides.
Sprinkle sausage over crust.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Sprinkle top with sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded).
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
