Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices crustless bread, cubed, 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained, 4 to 6 eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put bread in 9 x
14-inch sausage and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, mix soup and mushrooms and on top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
