Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1/2 lb. cubed american cheese (do not use cheddar type), 1 lb. cubed ham, sausage or bacon, 3 c. milk and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix stuffing and ham.
Put 1/2 in bottom of pan.
Place cheese next, followed by remaining stuffing and ham.
Beat remaining ingredients (except butter) together and pour over cheese and stuffing.
Pour melted butter over egg mixture.
Let stand in fridge overnight (covered).
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
