Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 10 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 c. milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. can), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place croutons in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread sausage over croutons.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over sausage.
Mix eggs, milk, soup, onions and mushrooms.
Pour over sausage, croutons and cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 350Β°.
