Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 slices white buttered bread, cubed, 1 lb. sharp grated cheese, 6 beaten eggs, 3 c. milk and 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Brown cut up sausages (about 1-inch pieces).
Place 1/2 bread cubes on bottom of dish.
Cover with sausage.
Top with remaining bread.
Sprinkle on top with grated cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Pour over bread and sausage mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
