Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. owens sausage, 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls (refrigerated), 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Crumble sausage in medium skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
Drain well.
Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
