Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 12 oz. cheddar cheese, 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. milk and 10 slices white bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Trim crust and cube the bread.
Place on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Layer cooked sausage and grated cheese. Put Cheddar cheese on top.
Pour beaten eggs, mixed with milk, over top with undiluted soup.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
