Brunch Bake
Brunch Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with hearty white bread, 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated, 3 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 stick melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line pan with slices of white bread.
Top with ham and cheese.
Cover with wheat bread.
Mix together in a bowl the milk, eggs, dry mustard and salt.
Pour over bread.
Mix melted butter and cornflakes together and sprinkle on top of bread.
Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 5 minutes in 325Β° oven.
Let set for 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
