Beat eggs well; add sugar.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Melt chocolate and butter on low heat.
Add to eggs/sugar mixture.
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla and nuts.

Bake at 325Β° for 35 minutes.
Test with knife for doneness.
