Melt margarine. Add sugar and mix. Add 4 eggs and mix.

Sift flour, cocoa and salt; add to margarine, egg and sugar mixture. Add vanilla. Mix well. Mix by hand (add nuts if desired), do not use electric mixer. Pour batter into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes. After brownies cool, ice with Betty Crocker's milk chocolate RTS frosting.
