Chocolate in saucepan or microwave. Allow to cool lukewarm.

Add sugar and eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts.

Pour into a 2 x 8 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosted, if desired.

Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
