Brownies
Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2/3 c. oil, 1 c. flour and 1/2 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large bowl, mix well the sugar, eggs and oil.
In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Mix dry and moist ingredients a little at a time, until well blended.
Add nuts and mix well.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Store in airtight container.
