Melt chocolate, butter and margarine; cool thoroughly.
Then add sugar, eggs and vanilla; stir lightly, but don't beat.
Add flour and nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350Β° for 20 minutes only.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
