Brownies
Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 heaping c. cocoa, 1 1/2 c. melted butter, 6 eggs, beaten well and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, cocoa and butter well, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake in an 18 x 12 x 1-inch pan at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Cover after 10 minutes of cooling time with waxed paper.
Finish cooling.
Ice as soon as cool. German chocolate cake icing is wonderful on these brownies.
