Brownie Pie
Brownie Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites (1/2 c.), dash of salt, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs, ground up fine (12 cookies) and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in cookie crumbs, nuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly in lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool thoroughly.
Spread top with sweetened whipped cream.
Chill well 2 to 3 hours.
