Brownie Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, dash of salt, 3/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. fine chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sprinkle egg whites with salt and whip to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in wafer crumbs, nuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly in 9-inch buttered pie pan.
Bake for 35 minutes at 325Β°.
Spread with sweetened whipped cream.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
