Sift together sugar and flour.
Bring to a boil the oleo, cocoa and water.
Add milk, soda and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture.
Add eggs and beat.
Bake in greased and floured jelly roll pan (16 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch) at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
While still hot, spread on icing.
