Browned Rice
Browned Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. minced onion and 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Baking dish.
Add water and stir. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Meanwhile, and mushrooms in butter.
Remove from heat and stir in peas and soy sauce.
