Browned Rice
Browned Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 2 c. rice, 6 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 tsp. salt and 8 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt oleo in large iron skillet (that has a lid) over low heat.
Add rice.
Cook, stirring frequently until rice is yellow. Dissolve bouillon cubes and salt in boiling water.
Slowly add rice.
Simmer with cover for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
