Brown Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. long grain rice, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 stick butter and 2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef or chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Remove and brown rice in same pan.
Then add onion and bell pepper and bouillon.
Bake covered at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
