Brown Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. regular rice, 1 can beef consomme soup, 1 can onion soup, 1/2 stick butter, melted and mushrooms (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a casserole dish, put melted butter, rice and soups.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° (uncovered).
Stir at least once.
Can add mushrooms if desired, one can, undrained, with other ingredients.
