Melt stick (or less) margarine in iron skillet.
Add 1 cup rice and brown lightly, stirring constantly. Put browned rice in casserole; add 1 can undiluted beef consomme and can undiluted onion soup.
Place in preheated 325Β° oven and cook for 1 hour and minutes in covered casserole. Delicious!!
