Brown Rice
Brown Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown rice, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. watercress, chopped and 3 cloves garlic, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown rice in a little bit of oil until slightly toasted. Remove from pan.
Next, saute onions and celery in the same pan; add more oil, if needed.
Add rice and remaining ingredients and water.
Cover and cook about 30 minutes, until rice is soft (per recipe on box of rice).
