Broiled Tomatoes
Broiled Tomatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. grated parmesan, 1/2 c. minced green onion (white part only), 4 tbsp. minced parsley and 4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced into thirds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat broiler.
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in small bowl and blend well.
Gently spread mixture about 1/4-inch thick on tomatoes.
Broil 4 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned, watching carefully so that the topping does not burn.
Serve immediately.
