Broiled Mushrooms
Broiled Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 4 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 c. butter, melted and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Wash mushrooms.
Trim stems to 1/2-inch length.
Soak in cold water and lemon juice 5 minutes.
Drain and dry well.
Brush with butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil 6 inches from heat, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Serve with remaining melted butter.
