Broiled Icing
Broiled Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. milk and 3/4 to 1 c. shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of 9 x 13-inch white or yellow cake while it is still warm.
Place very low under broiler; broil until icing bubbles all over surface and becomes brown.
Take care that it does not burn.
