Broiled Fish
Broiled Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper, salt to taste and 2 lb. fish fillet (sole or orange roughy are best), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix butter, juice, salt and pepper.
Baste fillets with sauce and place in broiler pan.
Broil about 5 minutes on each side, basting with sauce when fillets are turned.
Place on warm plate and pour remaining sauce over fish.
