Broccoli with Stuffing
Broccoli With Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, soup, water and mayonnaise. Place layer of broccoli in 2-quart casserole.
Add layer of cheese.
Pour a small amount of soup mixture on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Toss stuffing mix with margarine.
Put on top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
