Broccoli Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. croutons, seasoned, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted, 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli, 1 c. shredded cheese and 1 c. condensed mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Toss croutons with butter and set aside.
Cook broccoli 1/2 done.
Leave a little crisp, drain.
Combine soup and cheese until cheese is melted.
Stir in broccoli.
Put in baking dish and cover with croutons.
