Broccoli-Squash Casserole
Broccoli-Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (large) frozen, chopped broccoli, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 6 to 8 c. cooked squash with onions, finely crushed cracker crumbs or bread crumbs and grated sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook and drain broccoli.
Put in bottom of buttered 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Layer both cans of soup next.
Then put a layer of squash.
Top with crushed cracker crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
The cheese can go on the last 5 minutes.
