Broccoli Soup
Broccoli Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 soup can full of milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare broccoli according to package instructions.
Drain well.
In a 2 to 4-quart saucepan, combine soup, milk, garlic powder and cream cheese.
Cook over low to medium heat, stirring until it is smooth and creamy.
Add drained broccoli and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes four 1/2 cup serving.
