Broccoli Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 3 eggs, well beaten, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Quarter small potatoes (as many as desired).
Deep fry until tender; drain well.
Put on cookie sheet; sprinkle with grated American cheese and bacon bits.
Bake until cheese is melted at 350°.
Serve with Ranch dressing.
