Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. raw broccoli, 8 strips bacon, 3 green onions, 1 c. raisins and 1 small can chinese noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut broccoli; use only the tops (flowerets).
Add crumbled, cooked bacon, chopped onions and raisins.
Mix dressing (mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and milk).
When ready to serve, add noodles and pour on dressing and mix.
