Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (32 oz.) or 2 fresh bunches, cooked, 1 c. diced celery, 1 c. minced onion (more or less as desired), 3 boiled eggs, chopped and 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Add celery, onion and olives.
Add eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
Toss together.
Refrigerate as soon as possible.
This salad can be made a day in advance.
Don't forget to drain broccoli after cooking and to use only mayonnaise in this salad.
