Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head broccoli (1 1/2 lb.), 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 5 green onions, sliced, 1/2 c. raisins (golden) and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Trim off large leaves of broccoli.
Remove tough ends and wash thoroughly.
Cut flowerets and stems into bite size pieces.
Add bacon, onions and raisins.
Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl; stir well.
Add dressing to broccoli mixture; toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
