Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bunch broccoli, 1/2 medium red onion (white will do), 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Break broccoli florets into small pieces and place in a bowl. Next, layer onion, cut in small pieces.
Then place cheese over as the next layer.
Stir the last 3 ingredients together and pour over the salad.
Sprinkle bacon that has been fried and crushed or bacon bits on top.
Place in refrigerator and let set for at least 3 hours before serving.
