Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh broccoli, 1/4 c. chopped green onions, 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced, 1 c. miracle whip and 1 tsp. dill seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Steam broccoli for 5 minutes (until bright green and still crisp).
Cool and chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
Add onions, olives, Miracle Whip and dill seed.
Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours); just before serving, add eggs or cheese and salt to taste.
Stir well.
Serves 8 to 10.
