Broccoli Salad
Broccoli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 heads broccoli florets (discard stems), 2 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 lb. bacon, browned and crumbled, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. finely shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, combine broccoli florets, bacon and onion.
In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli mixture.
Toss gently.
Add cream cheese last.
Toss again.
