Broccoli Rice Whiz
Broccoli Rice Whiz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. rice (uncooked), 3/4 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper, 3/4 c. chopped celery and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice in a large saucepan and drain.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
Add onion, bell pepper and celery to the rice while still hot.
Fold in Cheez Whiz, chicken soup and milk.
Heat on low burner just until cheese and soup are well blended.
Fold in chopped broccoli.
Pour into a greased casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
