Broccoli-Rice Casserole
Broccoli-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 small jar cheez whiz, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add onions and saute until clear. Add thawed, chopped broccoli and stir.
Add soup; stir and simmer a few minutes.
Add cheese and stir.
Add cooked rice and stir. If you think it is too thick, thin with a little water.
Freeze or refrigerate or bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
