Broccoli Rice
Broccoli Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 stick butter, 1 c. uncooked rice (3 c. cooked) and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Mix cooked rice and mushroom soup.
Add onion, celery and uncooked, thawed broccoli. Stir in cheese.
Add additional cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
Serves 8 to 12.
