Made with 5 large eggs, 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, prepared according to pkg. directions, then drained well, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat eggs well, then add broccoli.

Add milk, then fold in mayonnaise.

Add minced onion.
