Broccoli Quiche
Broccoli Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 large eggs, 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, prepared according to pkg. directions, then drained well, 1 small can evaporated milk, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Beat eggs well, then add broccoli.
Add milk, then fold in mayonnaise.
Add minced onion.
Fold in the cheeses; mix all ingredients well.
(If any of the optional ingredients are used, this recipe will make at least 2 quiches.)
Pour ingredients into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes, or until set and beginning to brown on top.
Make sure that the pie shell does not burn.
