Broccoli Quiche
Broccoli Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish pie crust, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. chopped onions, 9 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli and 3 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine eggs, half and half, onion, salt and thyme.
Set aside.
Layer broccoli and cheese in unbaked pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over broccoli and cheese.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
