Broccoli Quiche
Broccoli Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie shell (10-inch), 1 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 pt. half and half cream and 1/4 c. onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Prick the bottom of pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes; cool.
Sprinkle cheese and onion evenly into pastry shell.
Add cooked broccoli.
Combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture into pie shell over the broccoli.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 40 minutes, until fork inserted comes out clean.
