Broccoli Puffs
Broccoli Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, 1 can mushroom soup, 2 oz. (1/2 c.) sharp cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain and place in baking dish.
Stir together soup and shredded cheese.
Add milk, salad dressing and beaten egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour over broccoli in baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and melted oleo and sprinkle evenly over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
Makes 6 servings.
