Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt called for.
Drain thoroughly.
Place broccoli in 10 x 1 1/4-inch baking dish.
Combine soup and cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended.
Pour over broccoli in baking dish.
Combine bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are light brown.
