Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt.
Drain thoroughly.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray or butter dish.
Place broccoli in the baking dish.
Mix soup, cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with Ritz crackers or the bread crumbs mixed with the melted margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until bubbly and the crumbs are lightly browned.
