Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sharp american cheese, shredded, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook frozen broccoli, omitting salt.
Drain thoroughly.
Place broccoli in baking dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch).
Stir together the soup and shredded cheese.
Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture.
Pour over broccoli.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle over soup mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
