Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together soup, cheese, milk, mayo and egg, then pour over broccoli.
Mix together bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
