Broccoli Puff
Broccoli Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (fresh cooked broccoli can be substituted), 1 c. biscuit baking mix, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 1 c. shredded cheddar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 325°.
Butter a 5 1/2 cup soufflé dish or a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
Pour into greased dish and bake until knife inserted comes out clean (approximately 1 hour).
Serve immediately.
